July was another successful month with the Voice After Life. Out of 9 cases submitted 8 families were found. Over half of the cases came from hospital facilities unable to locate next of kin. One of our main goals is to begin working with hospitals who have patients that are imminent and have no family listed. We can assist in locating families prior to death and get arrangements in order! Our services can help alleviate the work load put on social workers, nurses and chaplains.
